A world-class QRP operator with over 115,000 contacts, 328 DXCC countries, and multiple first-place finishes in CQ Worldwide contests – this is one presentation you won’t want to miss!
📡 Field Day 2026 – Full Details from Chairman Tim Carter, K1DC – BARS operates as W1HH at Nan’s QTH in Chelmsford, class 2A with two HF stations (Icom 756s) plus a 6M VHF bonus station. Wire dipoles for 40/80M, tribander for 10/15/20M, and a small yagi for 6M. SSB, CW, and digital modes – all welcome, no schedule, just grab a chair!
💐 From the Editor’s Desk – Marla Wallace, WA1GSF, pays tribute to her father Bob Wallace (W1HH), whose June birthday the club meeting falls on. Bob was first licensed in 1940, worked 382 countries, and the club callsign W1HH is his lasting legacy.
