The meeting began at 6PM on October 10th at the BATV office in Billerica with the following brought up by Tom:
BARS will hold elections at its November meeting. The ByLaws should be updated by the new President.
Election candidates were discussed. Tom, K1TW, announced he will be stepping down as President. A preliminary slate was formulated. Andy, KA1GTT, promised to send the final slate to the bars@w1hh.org and Yahoo email lists.
Other club titles and volunteer positions were discussed. These may become official titles:
VE Manager/Liaison: Bruce, W1LUS, and Gary, W1GFF
IT/Website management: Jesse, W1DEA; Kayla, W2IRY
Publicity/Social Media: Kayla, W2IRY
“Greeter”: Niece, KA1ULN
